Before work begins, a client may request cancellation and discuss a refund by email. Once design, development, or delivery has started, any refund is calculated from completed work, third-party costs, and the agreed project terms.

If a delivered result does not match the confirmed requirements, contact us within 7 days. We will prioritize a correction or an alternative solution.
